With any tented event along comes the risk of weather. At Leavitt and Parris we offer all the elements to try and eliminate any weather concerns the day of your event. Whether it is freezing cold temperatures during the winter, rain in the spring, hot and humid days during the summer, or cool and chilly nights in the fall, we have all the equipment to offset these conditions. As with flooring, temperature control ads one more key ingredient to the mixture of weather resistance.

• Exterior Patio Heaters
• Thermostat controlled propane heaters (exterior unit ducted into the side or floor of the tent)
• Electric HVAC Units – these units have the ability to provide either heat or air conditioning at the flick of a switch. We typically duct the ventilation up through the floor of a tent for a clean and efficient look. We highly recommend using a floor if selecting HVAC. Our HVAC units require the usage of our special event super quiet generators. Please contact to inquire regarding HVAC details.
